My food dehydrator has one knob that rotates to one of these settings. So, limited temperature selection but still effective. My basil is ready to dry so I’ll report back on how long it takes. I’ve never used the herbs setting before.

Melissa Steinman Nice. I especially want to know if it takes more than a few hours. My hot mess self wants to calculate the point where small batches in the microwave take longer than the dehydrator. I moved my dehydrator to the basement for space, now I keep forgetting to set it up.
