So I started my garlic in the spring, because I didn’t know better. Can I just leave those in the pot over the winter? Or should I harvest them, cut off the leaves and then replant some of them? Last time I looked they seemed to have one bulb instead of cloves. My frost date is predicted to be Nov 22.

Leave them. They will die back in the winter but should start growing again in the spring.
