Can whole potatoes be frozen?
Lilies and Tomatoes · August 4, 2020 at 8:48 PM
Not whole raw potatoes. They will break down and the texture will not be the same. After blanching, small potatoes like fingerling can be frozen whole. Large potatoes should be peeled because the skin gets really tough after freezing and blanching.

Lilies and Tomatoes rhubarb and turnips are happening. Roasted turnips are very good.

Melissa Steinman, I love turnips. Raw with sour cream dip or roasted are my favorite ways to eat them. Be careful with rhubarb it is high in oxalates not a bingeable food.
